The U.S Vice President, Mike Pence, has stated that he will not invoke the 25th Amendment needed to impeach Trump. This comes as several House Republicans also joined the call to impeach Trump.
Mike Pence disclosed this in a letter to House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi, as reported by Bloomberg. The Vice President urged that it was time for USA to heal from the Capitol attacks last week.

He added that members of the Congress should “avoid actions that would further divide and inflame the passions of the moment.”
Meanwhile, House Republicans, led by Liz Cheney, say they will vote to impeach Trump in the House vote.
