The Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has confirmed seven new cases of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) on Wednesday, March 25, 2020.
Five of these cases were announced by 11:25 pm while two were announced about 7:00 am in the morning.

Of the seven cases, 3 are in Lagos State, 2 in FCT, 1 in Rivers State and 1 in Osun State. 5 are returning travellers into Nigeria while 2 are close contacts of a confirmed case.

As at midnight on Wednesday, Nigeria had 51 confirmed cases, with 2 discharged and 1 dead.
Lagos now has 32 cases; the FCT has 10; Ogun State has 3 Covid-19 cases; Ekiti, Oyo, Edo, Bauchi, Osun and Rivers States each have one confirmed case.
According to the NCDC, “All new cases have mild to moderate symptoms and are currently receiving care.”
Rivers State Government had earlier in the day banned all movements in and out of the state, in a bid to check the spread of the novel virus.
Both Osun and Rivers States recorded their first case of the coronavirus on Wednesday.
The NDCD should use HIV cure to test on the COVID19 cases an see if it works.
