The United States Ambassador to Nigeria, David Greene, has launched the 27th American Space in Nigeria at Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria.
This new “Window on America” is part of a growing network aimed at engaging Nigerians with U.S. core values and culture.
The U.S. Mission in Nigeria announced on its official X page that Ambassador Mills launched the 27th American Space at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
“Ambassador Mills launched the 27th American Space in Nigeria at Ahmadu Bello University ABU Zaria. This new Window on America joins a vibrant network engaging over 10,000 Nigerians monthly. American Spaces are free, public hubs that showcase U.S. core values and spirit to global audiences,” they stated.

More than 600 American Spaces exist worldwide, situated in universities, shopping malls, libraries, and other public areas across over 140 countries. These spaces offer:
