The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has ordered the immediate release of about 114 #EndBadGovernance protesters (minors and adults) who had earlier been arraigned by the Nigerian Police Force. 
The Federal High Court in Abuja has granted a N10 million bail bond each to 114 protesters (including adults and minors) accused of burning police stations, the High Court Complex, and the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) Complex during the End Bad Governance protests, totaling N1,140,000,000 and two sureties in like sum.  
The Minister of Communication, Innovation, and Digital Economy, Dr. Bosun Tijani, on Tuesday announced that telecommunications infrastructure company, IHS Towers, has offered to renovate the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) Innovation Park in Kano, which was looted and vandalized during the August 1, 2024 ‘Endbadgovernance’ protest.  
The Federal High Court in Abuja has granted N10 million bail each to ten protesters accused of intimidating President Bola Tinubu's administration by allegedly attacking government infrastructure, among other charges, bringing the total bail to N100 million.  
Kano State Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf has disclosed that miscreants vandalized the Kano State High Court, destroying property worth N1 billion. 
The Governor of Kaduna State, Uba Sani, has approved a 24-hour curfew on Kaduna, Zaria metropolises, and surrounding areas following "looting of shops."

The nationwide protest that began on August 1, 2024, to address perceived poor governance and worsening hardship has entered its second day, significantly impacting Lagos interstate bus operations due to the blockage of the Lagos-Benin Expressway in Benin. 
Business activities across the major states in the Niger-Delta were brought to a halt as turnout of protesters failed to meet expectations.
