- Diamond Bank Plc has notified the Nigerian Stock Exchange that it has accepted the resignation of HRH Igwe Ugochukwu Nnaemeka Achebe as the Chairman Board of Director of the Bank effective December 31st 2014
- They have consequently approved the appointed Dr Chris Ogbechie, a Non-Executive Director as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Diamond Bank with effect from January 1, 2015
