A few days ago, Ugometrics wrote a scathing critique of the popular Nite Club and Bar Rhapsody, regarding their poor customer service and quality of music. A friend on Facebook sent the message to the management of the Club who in turn responded in a contrite and applaudable fashion;
“Thanks for sharing this. Agree we still need to work on our service and we are trying to improve our DJ ambiance, it is getting better weekend after weekend. If the gentleman is your friend, would be great to ask him if he can pass again this coming weekend or next, just for him to see if there is any improvement” Rhapsody.”

Wow! This is actually the best reply. Its also the fisrt time I’m seeing a Nigerian business openly take criticism and work to improve as opposed to defend themselves or even insult the author.
