- Bisola Elias was appointed CFO of AIICO Insurance in late 2023, resuming in January 2024. She has been with AIICO since 2007 following its merger with Nigerian French Insurance, and has built over 20 years of career experience in the insurance industry.

- AIICO Insurance recorded a 24.43% PAT growth, reaching N15.10 billion in 2024 from N12.14 billion in 2023. Cash and cash equivalents nearly doubled, climbing 90.85% to N35.16 billion, up from N18.42 billion in 2023. Market capitalization advanced from N52.35 billion in December 2024 to N143.49 billion as of August 21, 2025.
