President Muhammadu Buhari will once again embark on a trip to London, the United Kingdom on Friday, June 25, 2021.
The trip to London by the President is for a scheduled medical follow-up and he is expected back in the country around the second week of July 2021.
This disclosure is contained in a statement issued by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, on Thursday, June 24, 2021, in Abuja.

The trip by President Buhari is coming barely 3 months after he returned from the United Kingdom for the same purpose.
The Presidential media aide, Femi Adesina, said, “President Muhammadu Buhari will proceed to London, the United Kingdom on Friday, June 25, 2021, for a scheduled medical follow-up. He is due back in the country during the second week of July 2021.’’
What you should know
It can be recalled that President Muhammadu Buhari, on March 30, 2021, travelled to the United Kingdom for a routine medical check-up. He later returned to the country via the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport on April 15, at the end of the trip which lasted a little over 2 weeks.
