The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) on Wednesday, November 11, 2020, revealed to the general public the identities of the promoters of the cancelled business name, Enough is Enough.
CAC in its statement announced Opayemi Adamolekun and Bisola Edun as the proprietors of the deregistered company.
This disclosure was made by the Corporate Affairs Commission through a tweet post on its official Twitter handle on Wednesday, November 11, 2020.
The government agency said that the name was cancelled based on the provision of section 579(2) of the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA).
CAC in its tweet post said, ‘’Further to cancellation of the Business Name registration ‘Enough is Enough BN 2210728’, the Corporate Affairs Commission wishes to inform the public that the proprietors of the cancelled Business name are Opayemi Adamolekun and Bisola Edun.’’

In a move which is seen as a clampdown on #EndSARS promoters, Nairametrics had yesterday reported the cancellation of the registration of the business name Enough is Enough BN 2210728 with immediate effect by Corporate Affairs Commission over what it described as deceptive name or objectionable.
CAC said that the company which was registered in 2012 to engage in general contracts, sales of sports equipment/promotion deviated from its main objectives over the cause of time.
However, in a new twist, Enough is Enough Nigeria, which was actually registered as EIE Project Ltd/GTE, later tweeted a photo of its Certificate of Incorporation which showed that it was appropriately registered by the CAC but only bore a similar name with the company which the commission had deregistered.
Further to cancellation of the Business Name registration “Enough is Enough BN 2210728”, the Corporate Affairs Commission wishes to inform the public that the proprietors of the cancelled Business name are:
