NAHCO’s 9-month results indicate 30% profit growth

Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc (NAHCO) has released its financial statements for the period ended September 30, 2019. The report demonstrates positive figures across most financial indicators. The breakdown of the report is shown below:

Revenue: The financial reports showed that NAHCO generated N7.38 billion in revenue as at September 2019 compared to N7.25 billion recorded as at the end of the nine-month period of 2018. This represents an increase of 1.79%.

Gross Profit: Gross Profit for the aviation firm stood at N2.60 billion as at the first three quarters of 2019 compared to N2.41 billion recorded by the firm in the corresponding nine months period of 2018. This represents an increase of 7.88% in gross profit.

Profit Before Tax: As at the end of the third quarter of September 2019, NAHCO recorded N973.10 million as profit before tax, up from N731.84 million recorded as at the end of the third quarter of September 2018. This represents an increase of 32.96%.

Profit After Tax: The aviation firm recorded a profit of N782 million for the nine-month period of 2019, compared to N601.31 billion recorded at the end of the nine months period for 2018. This represents a 30% increase in profit after tax.

Earnings Per Share: The firm recorded 48kobo as at the end of the third quarter of 2019 compared to 37kobo as earnings per share as at the end of the third quarter of 2018.
