Top gainers and losers
Portland Paints Plc was the biggest gainer in today’s trading session, closing at N2.25 up 9.76%. UAC Properties Development Company (UPDC) followed closely with a 9.68% gain to close at N1.70. LASACO Assurance Plc closed at N0.36, up 9.09%.
On the flip side, Secure Electronic Technology (formerly known as NSL Tech) led the losers chart, closing at N0.36, down 10%. Next on the losers list was Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc which closed at N27.5, down 5.40%. Oando Plc closed at N5.60, down 4.27%.

NAHCO Aviance Plc was the largest traded stock by volume as 36.1 million shares valued at N144 million were traded in 40 deals. 28.7 million UBA Plc shares valued at N270 million were traded in 147 deals. 25.9 million FBNH (First Bank) shares valued at N258 million were traded in 336 deals.
