Beta Glass Plc announces changes in Management

Beta Glass PLC has announced the resignation of two of its directors:  Mr. Olaolu Akerele and Chief Christopher Aviele. The resignations take effect from 28th March 2018.

While Chief Christopher Aviele was a director in the company from September 28, 2010, until March 28, 2018,  Mr. Olaolu Akerele was also a director from March 17, 2016, till March 28, 2018.

The company also announced the appointment of Ms. Fumilola Adefope as Non-Executive Director.

Profile of the new Non-executive Director.

  • Ms. Funmilola Adefope is a graduate of Fine Arts (B.A) from the University of Reading, United Kingdom.
  • Prior to her new appointment, she was the General Manager Business travels Management Ltd. She manages the company both in Nigeria and Angola with registered entities in UK and UAE.
  • Adefope is a certified ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Auditor and maintains an excellent relationship with the Standards Organization of Nigeria SON.
