Wema Bank PLC has given reasons for the delay in filing the 2017 audited 12 months result of the bank.
In a release signed by its Company Secretary/Legal Adviser Oluwole Ajimisinmi, the bank stated that the delay was due to the need to obtain necessary approval before going ahead with the publication.
The bank however assured that the result will be released before the end of April.
