Med-View airlines is to its shares on the Nigerian Stock Exchange on the 31st of January. The aviation firm will be listing 9. 75 billion ordinary shares of 50 kobo at N 1.50 Naira per share. The airline also intends having an inital public offering (IPO) later in the year. Previous airlines listed on the exchange have had a chequered performance. Aviation Development Company (ADC) listed in 1994, but has since been in the doldrums. Albarka Air was listed in 2002 and delisted in 2011. Aviation logistics stocks Air Service Limited year to date is up 9.6% and Nahco Plc year to date has declined by 12.03% as at todays closing on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
