The Board of Conoil Plc has passed a resolution recommending that payment of 400 Kobo per share as dividend for the year ended December 2013. The company also announced the register will be closed August 26th to August 29th 2014. Payment will be paid on the 6th of October 2014. Only shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business August 25th will receive dividends.
