AGM Watch: Shareholders Approve Presco’s N1Billion Dividend Payout At N1.00 Per Share

The shareholders of PrescoPlc have approved the N1bn recommended by the company as total dividend for the year ended December 31, 2012.

A statement by the company on Thursday, noted that this amount translated into a payout of N1.00 per share to shareholders.
