Airtel Denies Sacking Staffs

Reports earlier this week that staff of Airtel who protested after getting their salaries slashed by 30% have been denied by the company.

Rumours spread over the weekend that Call centre staffs who complained about the incessant cut in their salaries over the last few years were shown the way out by the company. The company’s denial is suspect as most users Airtel complained about poor service yesterday. Calls to Airtel Customer Service (Call Centre) by some users were not answered at all giving a somewhat validation about the rumours of the sack.

Who now do we believe?
