President Bola Tinubu has approved a N10 billion grant to the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) to drive Nigeria's transition from analogue to digital broadcasting.
The FG launched the second phase of the Digital Switch Over in Lagos on Thursday.
The Minister disclosed that the DSO has been rolled out in five states so far.
The FG has announced the Phase 2 of the DSO which will commence with roll-outs in the Lagos, Kano, Rivers and others.
The Minister of Information has inaugurated a 14-member ministerial task force on the Digital Switch Over (DSO) rollout across the country.
