ExxonMobil Oil Corporation, a majority shareholder in Mobil Oil Nigeria has agreed to sell its 60 percent shares in the company to Nipco investment Limited, subject to regulatory approvals.
Nipco Investment is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nipco Plc ( both of which are Nigerian Companies).
