Nigeria has recorded thirty four additional Coronavirus cases, thereby bringing the total confirmed cases to four hundred and seven (407). This information is according to the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
According to the NCDC, the new Coronavirus cases were recorded in five states of the federation, namely Lagos, Kano, Katsina, Niger, and Delta states. As usual, Lagos recorded the highest number with eighteen new cases, followed by Kano with twelve. Katsina recorded two new cases, while Niger and Delta recorded one each.
So far, one hundred and twenty eight people have recovered the virus and have been discharged from various isolation centres. However, twelve others have died from complications resulting from the infection.
