The COVID 19 Pandemic has changed the global business landscape. Forcing every business owner to step back, reflect, review, and refocus themselves, as well as realign their businesses with the new normal. To help business owners navigate this difficult economic context, we have designed a unique virtual edition of the EEP titled, the EmergingEntrepreneurs Programme (EEP) 28: Strategizing for Innovation, Growth, & Resilience.
This 12-week programme goes beyond teaching concepts and frameworks to providing practical application of
knowledge to current business realities, developing short to mid-term strategic growth plan, and delivering tangible results.
Led by Industry leaders and C-Level Facilitators, the structure is a combination of interactive online and hybrid class sessions, Virtual Chats with successful CEOs, Targeted Advisory Sessions, Mentoring, Webinars, Case studies, group activities and a hand-held personal activity to develop a strategic growth plan for you and your business.
The program helps entrepreneurs understand the new disruptions in the business environment, re-validate their unique selling proposition, re-engineer their operations and supply chain, revamp their finances, leverage on the digital transformation for business growth and resilience among others.
The EEP, which is structured in such a way that entrepreneurs can still run their businesses as they participate, comprises Interactive In-person and Virtual sessions, Chats with successful CEOs, Targeted Advisory Sessions, Mentoring, Webinars, Case studies, group activities, and individual assignments.
At the end of the programme, all participants would have developed an immediate to mid-term Strategic Growth Plan for themselves and their businesses.

We look out for Entrepreneurs, Owner Managers and Chief Executives who have been running their businesses for
minimum of 5 years and have an annual revenue of over 15 Million Naira.
