Top Gainers: May & Baker Nigeria Plc was the best-performing stock today. The stock gained 4.35% to close at N2.40. United Capital Plc also gained 3.88% to close at N2.14. Sterling Bank Plc gained 3.48% to close at N2.38. Cement Company of Northern Nigeria Plc gained 3.46% to close at N13.45. Access Bank Plc rounded off the top five gainers for today. The stock gained 1.64% to close at N6.20.
Top Losers: On the flip side, Beta Glass Plc was the worst-performing stock, declining by 9.95% to close at N59.75. Continental Reinsurance Plc fell by 9.88% to close at N1.55. Cadbury Nigeria Plc fell by 9.65% to close at N10.30. Law Union & Rock Insurance Plc fell by 8.51% to close at N0.43. Caverton Offshore Support Group Plc rounded off the top five losers for the day. The stock shed 8.00% to close at N2.30.
