The boxer was not only hosted by Dangote, as it was revealed that Femi Otedola, another Nigerian billionaire made their stay in the country worthwhile.

This isn’t the first time the two billionaires are showing affection to Nigerian athletes. Before now, they had on many occasions shown their patriotism and support for Nigerian sportsmen.

Recall Nairametrics reported that the two pledged to give the Super Eagles of Nigeria extra money on each goal they score in the AFCON. While Dangote promised the team $50,000 for every goal they score in their remaining two matches at the Championship, Otedola pledged the sum of $25,000 for every goal. The billionaires never cease to show support for their dear nation.

Alhaji Aliko Dangote, who is the President of Dangote Group holds Nigeria’s second-highest National Honour (GCON) and is ranked the richest person of African descent in the world. The Dangote Group has interests in various commodities in Nigeria and other African countries.

Also, Femi Otedola who was involved in a number of commendable interventions for the ailing former Nigerian international players, including Captain of the 1980 AFCON winning team, Christian Chukwu and goalkeeper, Peter Fregene, has kept showing his support.
