The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) today encountered a technical glitch which impacted trading activities for about four hours.
The bourse disclosed this in a notice posted on its website
The NSE according to the Head of the Shared Services Division Mr Bola Adeeko, had decided to extend trading hours to 3.30pm due to the break.
Adeeko also confirmed that the root cause of the disruption has been fully rectified.
The NSE today held its 2018 review/2019 Outlook where Chief Executive Officer of the bourse, Oscar Onyema outlined what the NSE intends to achieve this year.
