Management Shakeup:  Japaul Appoints MD, DMD, ED

Nairametrics|The board of directors of Japaul Oil & Maritime Services Plc has announced the appointment of Kayode Tolulope Olusegun-Ojo, Akinloye Daniel Oladapo and Olubunmi Falua as new Group Managing Director, Acting Deputy Managing Director and Executive Director, Finance & Planning respectively.

Kayode Tolulope Olusegun-Ojo – Group Managing Director

Kayode Tolulope Olusegun-Ojo started his career with Lafenwa Osiberu & Co. as an Audit trainee before he joined Aba Ogunsola & Associates. He assumes duty as the Deputy Group Managing Director of Japaul Oil and Maritime Services Plc (JOMS)in November 23, 2015 and elevated to Acting Group Managing Director of JOMs. Prior to his initial appointment with JOMS, he worked as the Managing Director at Nigeria Aviation handling Company (NAHCO) Plc. He is Fellow Institute of Chartered Accountant (FCA).

Akinloye Daniel Oladapo – Acting Deputy Managing Director

Akinloye Daniel Oladapo holds HND in urban and Regional planning from the Polytechnic of Ibadan and postgraduate diploma and MSC. Degree in Transport from Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye. He worked for years with Dapkol Engineering Nigeria limited where he rose to the post of project manager before he resigned in 1997. He is a member of Chartered Institute of transport, london and a fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Shipping. Prior to his present position, he was the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of JOMS.

Olubunmi Falua – Executive Director, Finance & Planning

Olubunmi Falua holds HND in Federal polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance at the University of Ado-Ekiti. He is a Finance Professional with extensive experience in Accounting, Internal and External Finance Reporting, Integrated Systems, Business Planning, Operations Analysis and International operations. His professional certifications and memberships includes: Certified IFRS Specialist (CIFRSS), International Academy of Business & finance management, fellow institute of chartered accountant of Nigeria(FCA), Associate, chartered institute of taxation of Nigeria (ACTI), Associate Nigerian institute of Management (AMNIM). Prior to his first appointment with JOMs, he worked as the Finance manger, Phillips Consulting Limited also as an Assistant General Manager (Finance) at Makon Engineering &technical Services Ltd.

    Please,i am a shareholder with Japaul Oil and Gas company,but have not received dividend warrant for many years.How can I receive back payments from the company?

      Japaul has not paid dividend in years. They have been posting losses. But you can check with their registrar (Sterling Registrars)
