The board of directors of Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc (NAHCO Aviance), has announced the appointment of Arc Usman Bello as the new Chairman of the company and also the appointment of Mr. Femi Olubanwo as a Non-Executive Director. Arc Usman Bello’s appointment follows the resignation of Mallam Suleiman Yahyah in October 2016.
Bello was the Chairman of the NAHCO Free Trade Zone (NFZ), a subsidiary of NAHCO aviance. He is also an administrator of repute. His directional and managerial responsibilities cover the consultancy consortium Ericon bello & Associates and its subsidiary, Arbi bello & Associates, where he is the principal partner.
Olubanwo holds a law degree from the University of Lagos, after which he proceeded to the Nigerian law school. His core practice areas are in Intellectual Property, Company and Commercial Law, Investment and Divestment Transactions, banking and corporate Finance. He is also one of the co-founders of the law firm, Banwo & Ighodalo.
