The board of directors of Fortis Microfinance Bank Plc has announced the appointment of Mr. Victor Aderemi Emerson.
Mr. Victor Aderemi Emerson who recently joined Fortis as the company secretary and head legal is a lawyer with over 24 years’ experience as a private practitioner, law teacher and more recently, as an in-house counsel in a career which is cuts across locally and internationally.
He holds a LL.M in international commercial law from the university of Westminster (UK) in 1999, a LL.B from the Lagos state university in 1991 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in December 1992.
