Law Union & Rock Insurance Plc. has announced the appointment of a new non-executive director, Mrs. Onome Joy Adewuyi subject to the necessary regulations and approval from shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the company.
This is made known to the public in a press release signed by the Company Secretary and Head of Legal, Stan Chikwendu. If approved, Mrs. Adewuyi will join 8 other directors which include Mr. Remi Babalola who is the Chairman and Mr. Jide Orimolade who is the current MD/CEO.
