The Board of Directors of Custodian and Allied Plc has appointed Dr. Omobola Johnson as the new chairperson for the company.
She replaces the pioneer chairman, Chief Michael Ade Ojo who is retiring.
Omobola Johnson holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University of Manchester, an M.Sc. in Digital Electronics from Kings College, University of London as well as a Doctor of Business Administration from Cranfield University.

According to a statement from the insurance company, Omobola-Johnson will be bringing over thirty years of corporate experience involving the private and public sectors both locally and internationally to the board of the company and presently serves as non-executive director on the boards of several companies.
Custodian and Allied Plc. (CA Plc) Currently, with the Custodian Group has assets in excess of N48billion and a gross written premium of over N11.5billion, the group sits comfortably within the top bracket of eminent players in Nigeria’s other financial services sector.
Its current share price in the Nigerian stock Exchange (NSE) is N 4.05
