Ecobank Transnational Incorporated (ETI) has announced in a press release, that Mr. Samuel Ashitey Adjei, the current Managing Director of the Ghana Subsidiary, will takeover as the Managing Director for the Group’s recently combined region, Central, Eastern, and Southern African (CESA) Countries, consisting of 18 subsidiaries. He is expected to step down as the MD at the end of March.
Mr. Adjei has over 25 years experience in the banking industry, and has contributed immensely to the performance of the bank growing the number of branches from just eight(8) to seventy-eight(78) branches. He has influenced policies and industry transformation, and is a well-respected banking professional across the market.
