The Nigerian Stock Exchange closed on a negative note, as the All Share Index (ASI), dipped by 2.09% today to close at 23,333.34.
Transcorp topped the losers chart, but banking stocks made up the lot of the top 10 losers, as a total of 5 banks (UBA, FCMB, Zenith Bank, FBNH, and Access Bank) were on the losing side.

Access lost 7.54% to close at N3.80
SEPLAT topped the gainers chart with an 8.26% rise in its share price to close at N185
CADBURY also gained 4.96% to close at N16.71
