Julius Berger released its 2014 FY results showing revenue dropped 7.4% to N196.8billion (2013 N212.7b). Pre-tax profits was down 19% to N13.1billion (2013 N16.2billion) whilst profit after tax rose 4.9% to N8.2billion (2013: N7.8b).
The increase in profits after tax was mainly due to lower taxes paid in 2014 compared to 2013. The company also posted a lower EPS of N6.13 (2013 N6.72).
Julius Berger proposed dividend of N2.7 per share.
