B-O-O-M: GT Bank Hits One Year High At Close Of Business (June 6, 2014)

Guaranty Trust Bank  (GTB) hit a one year high of N30 at close of business Friday June 6, 2014. This share price firmly places the stock as the highest priced banking stock. It hit N30.19 during the days trading cycle before closing at N30. Despite this price, GT Bank still has a P.E ratio of 9.3x and within a value investors territory.  The P.E ratio is also the highest in the industry (excluding Union Bank).
