Zenith Bank Plc has notified The Nigerian Stock Exchange of the appointment of Mr. Peter Olisamedua Amangbo as the Group Managing Director/CEO designate of the bank. This appointment is effective June 11, 2014.
Prior to this appointment, Mr. Amangbo has been an Executive Director of the bank since 2005 and has over twenty one year? cognate banking experience all of which has been with Zenith Bank Plc.
He previously worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Consultant in the Financial Services Group. Mr. Amangbo holds a B.Eng. Degree (Elect4rical and Electronics Engineering) from University of Benin and an MBA from the University of Warwick, Coventry in the United Kingdom. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered of Accountants of Nigeria (FCA).
