My Fantasy==> That One Day Nigeria Will Have Mortgage Rates This Good

I don’t have a property of my own and don’t have plans buying any at the moment. Why is that?

Well, I haven’t been “lucky” enough to strike any “deals” and mortgage rates in Nigeria is purely ludicrous and exploitative.

Compare the rates below (pix) with rates as high as 20%pa floating in Nigeria??? At 20%pa within about 7yrs you have already paid double the principal.

For now though, I’d just hang on to my fantasy and hope that things change in my lifetime.
