Gross profit for the period was N5.6billion whilst operating profit was N2billion (2012 H1: N1.8billion). Pre-tax profits at the end of the first half of the year was N2billion (2012 H1: N1.9billion). Apart from the N2billion spent on investments this results bears no major difference from 2012 H1 in terms of margins.
