Air transport passengers in Nigeria will now start getting compensations for delayed, cancelled or overbooked flights when the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) starts enforcing the Passenger Bill of Rights before the end of this month.
The NCAA director-general, Captain Fola Akinkoutu, who disclosed this said that with the enforcement of the passengers’ bill of rights, “passengers would know that they have a right and we need to make sure we give them a good deal.”
