Startimes, the Pay Tv Digital company registered in Nigeria as NTA-STAR TV Network Ltd?claims it now has over One Million subscribers in Nigeria. The company which is an operator of a joint venture between the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and Chinese Television Authority also claim to have invested about $100m into the country.
