Lagos has for years been regarded as the city of flyovers and sky scrapers in Nigeria and indeed West Africa. But this lofty position is about to be overtaken by something else. Lagos is now the city of masts.
No thanks to the flurry of GSM, CDMA and Data providers operating in Nigeria. In their bid to expand network coverage these guys have basically littered Eko with masts that in most cases rise far above buildings.
The days of climbing your roof top and seeing trees or tall buildings are gradually being eroded. Just climb a roof top or look over from the window or balcony of any 5 and above story building and you will see the landscape that is Nigeria.
