President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has appointed chairpersons for 42 federal organizations and a secretary to the board of the Civil Defence, Immigration, and Prisons Services.
Assets include schools, religious and cultural sites, hospitals and clinics, graveyards and green areas, and along the city walls of Kano.
The dispute between both men had hitherto, been about the establishment of a sugar refinery by BUA Group in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
