A hit-and-run truck driver has allegedly crushed to death some pupils on Ogunusi road, around Grammar School bus stop, Ojodu, Lagos.
This was confirmed by an eye witness, who spoke with Nairametrics over the telephone.
The driver, who fled from the accident point but was chased and arrested, hit the pupils that were trying to cross the road.
The source said, “The pupils were going home after closing time and wanted to cross the road when the truck ran over them.
“The driver was reportedly chased to the Ogba area where he was arrested.
“I have never witnessed such a terrible scene in my life. I saw about 15 pupils lying lifeless on the floor.”
