Custodian Asset Management Limited (CAML), a subsidiary of Custodian Investment PLC, licensed and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), has formally launched its operations with the signing ceremony for its Money Market Fund, an offering of 20 billion units at ₦1.00 per unit, valued at ₦20 billion.

The ceremony, held at its corporate office, 29 Commercial Avenue, Sabo, Yaba, Lagos, Lagos, brought together the fund’s key transaction parties, including auditors, trustees, bankers, registrar, solicitors, rating agency and other professional advisers. Their signatures mark a key step in bringing the fund to market and define the roles each party will play in its governance, asset safekeeping and reporting.

Custodian Asset Management provides investment and wealth management solutions to individuals, corporates, and institutions seeking to preserve capital, earn competitive returns, and manage liquidity with discipline. The Custodian Money Market Fund is its first product to market and provides investors with access to short-term, high-quality money market instruments, with the aim of delivering steady income and easy access to funds.
