The African real estate industry will once again take a bold step toward structured growth and knowledge-driven practice as the Africa Real Estate Entrepreneurship Bootcamp (AREEB) 2026 convenes in Lagos on May 8th and 9th, 2026.

Positioned as a high-impact, two-day learning experience, the bootcamp is set to bring together over 20 speakers from across Africa, creating a dynamic platform for knowledge exchange, capacity building, and industry-wide collaboration.

Participants will be exposed to practical frameworks for building profitable real estate enterprises, with sessions tailored to address both foundational and advanced aspects of the business.

Powered by the Tosin Olatujoye Foundation, AREEB 2026 further reinforces its commitment to empowering individuals and strengthening the real estate ecosystem through structured learning and capacity development.

Beyond the conversations, AREEB 2026 is structured to provide clarity on the real estate value chain, offering insights into market entry, deal structuring, sales strategy, investment positioning, and long-term business sustainability. The bootcamp reflects a growing shift within the industry toward intentional learning and professionalization.

Speaking ahead of the event, the Convener, Dr. Oluwatosin Olatujoye, described AREEB as a platform designed to equip participants with a clear pathway to building profitable and sustainable real estate ventures.

“We are at a point where interest in real estate is high, but clarity is still missing for many. AREEB is designed to bridge that gap by providing a structured learning environment where participants can gain practical knowledge and understand what it truly takes to build a profitable real estate enterprise. With speakers coming from different parts of Africa, the conversations will go beyond local perspectives and open up broader opportunities,” he said.

He further noted that the bootcamp is intentionally curated to focus on real-life application, ensuring that participants leave with insights that can be immediately implemented within their businesses.

Also speaking, the Head of Communications, Media & Project, Jolayemi James, emphasized the depth of engagement participants should expect from the two-day experience.

“AREEB is not just another industry gathering; it is a learning-driven platform. Every session is designed to address real challenges within the real estate space and provide practical solutions. Participants will not only learn but also engage, connect, and explore opportunities that can redefine their growth trajectory,” he stated.

Adding an operational perspective, the Head of Operations, Femi Ajose, highlighted the intentional structure behind the bootcamp and the experience participants should anticipate.

“We have carefully designed AREEB to ensure that every participant gets value from start to finish. From the quality of speakers to the flow of sessions and overall experience, the focus is on delivering a seamless and impactful learning environment. This is not just about attending; it’s about engaging fully and leaving with clarity, direction, and actionable insights that can be applied immediately,” he said.

He further encouraged participants to take advantage of the platform by actively engaging with speakers and fellow attendees, noting that some of the most valuable outcomes often come from the interactions beyond the sessions.

With Lagos as its host city, AREEB 2026 is expected to attract a diverse mix of real estate practitioners, entrepreneurs, and investors from within Nigeria and across the continent, reinforcing its position as a hub for innovation and investment in Africa’s property sector.

Industry observers continue to highlight the importance of platforms like AREEB in fostering collaboration, enhancing knowledge, and promoting sustainable practices across the real estate ecosystem.

Registration for the bootcamp remains open, with interested participants encouraged to secure their slots via:

As anticipation builds, AREEB 2026 is poised to deliver not just another event, but a defining experience centered on learning, strategy, and the practical realities of building a successful real estate enterprise in Africa.
