ARN Foods redeems N3.86bn series 1 commercial paper ahead of maturity

  • ARN Foods Limited successfully redeemed its N3.86 billion Series 1 Commercial Paper ahead of its scheduled maturity date of November 10, 2025, settling all obligations by November 7, 2025
  • The early repayment reflects ARN Foods’ strong liquidity and commitment to financial discipline, reinforcing investor confidence in the Nigerian debt capital market
  • Pathway Advisors Limited, which served as Financial Adviser and Lead Arranger, praised ARN Foods’ financial strength and highlighted the recent SEC approval of its N15 billion CP Programme as a sign of continued growth and reliability

ARN Foods Limited has announced the successful early redemption of its N3.8 billion Series 1 Commercial Paper (CP) issued under its N5 billion CP Programme.

A statement by the company on Monday said the CP was originally scheduled to mature on November 10, 2025, however, it fully repaid all investors on November 7, 2025, ahead of maturity.

ARN Foods noted that the timely redemption “underscores its strong liquidity position and commitment to sound financial management, reaffirming its dedication to transparency and investor confidence within the Nigerian debt capital market.”
