Novare Real Estate Nigeria Limited (NREN) wishes to clarify the recent news /media publications listing four of its Grade A retail properties for sale in Lagos and Abuja.
Novare remains an investment solutions provider with operations across the African continent. Its solutions range from Real Estate Funds, Impact Investing Funds, Multi Managed Funds and Implemented Investment Consulting across a range of asset classes.
In line with this core business, Novare raised two Real Estate Funds for the development of retail malls in Nigeria and across other African countries.
Following the expiration of the investment tenure, a minority of the investors in the initial Fund now seek to offer their interest in the retail properties to new investors, hence the advert placements on the media outlets.
We therefore wish to clarify that Novare as an investment solutions provider remains confident in the Nigerian real estate market and is not exiting the market.
We also wish to state that the majority of the investors in the Funds are likewise confident in the Nigerian real estate market and are not offering their interest in the properties for sale.
Novare remains committed to its presence in Nigeria and will continue to expand its footprint by bridging retail real estate gaps in Nigeria while creating innovative real estate investment opportunities for both local and foreign investors.
