The Nigerian Exchange Limited on Tuesday, announced the listing of 91 million units of Ronchess Global Resources shares on the Growth Board which officially made the company a quoted company.
The company’s shares were quoted at a price of N81 per share, making the market value stand at N7.37 billion.
In November 2021, the company had declared plans to get listed on the exchange having received approval from the regulatory body, Securities and Exchange Commission, in August 2021.
