Contrary to the rumours that hit social media platforms that the immediate past Governor of Oyo State, Abiola Ajimobi, has died, his media aide, Bolaji Tunji said his principal is alive.
He said, “I spoke with those around him not long ago and they confirmed to me that he is still alive. Please disregard news of his death as fake news.”
Meanwhile, Ajimobi was rumoured dead due to underlining health conditions, which was worsened by COVID-19.
