Curbing the housing deficit in Nigeria: Hall 7 commissions state of the art residential apartments

Real estate company, Hall 7 Real Estate Ltd has commissioned one of its much-anticipated facility; ‘’The Bridge Peridot’’ in Abuja. This, comes as a result of the company’s burning desire to check the worrisome menace of housing deficit in Africa’s most populous country.

Hall 7 Real Estate, a big player in Nigeria’s growing housing sector, started operations in 2014 and has since then embarked on projects that aim to offer comfort, luxury, security and qualitative housing to the teeming Nigerian population.

In yet another remarkable milestone, Hall 7 Real Estate on Friday the 18th of January, 2019 launched “The Bridge Peridot”. The Bridge Peridot is a set of apartments in the serene of Mbora district of the federal capital city of Abuja, designed with customers’ needs and wants in mind using global standards.

At the official commissioning of the facility, Hall 7 took time out in an exquisite evening get together to showcase to the general public the bridge apartments, which has been in the process of development for almost three years. The attendees were intimated with every little detail about the estate, what differentiates it from every other facility and why it is a beautiful piece of architecture, and a wise investment for anyone.

It should be noted, that Hall 7 Real Estate has been in partnership with the Nigerian National Petroleum Commission (NNPC) to develop a 216-unit facility for the commission’s staff as well as investors. Other projects include “The Brook Shore Residence” with about 230 units of apartments.

Speaking during commissioning ceremony of The Bridge Peridot in Abuja, the CEO Hall 7 Real Estate limited, Olayinka Braimoh stated that “What drives Hall 7 as a brand is our desire to deliver quality housing to and for Nigerians; for us, it’s about the value we deliver to our customers and stakeholders, and we are also very committed to bridging the housing deficit in Nigeria”.

He further reiterated that “We want to do things differently, that is why we decided on developing The Bridge Peridot which took more than two years to complete because we wanted it to be of world standard, and we are pleased that we achieved that. We are excited about commissioning this, and we look to doing more for the Nigerian real estate sector in the near future”.

The open house was richly attended by key stakeholders in the housing sector, as well as celebrities like Ayo Makun, Timi Dakolo amongst others.
