Lufthansa exits Nahco Plc
Nahco Plc today released a notice informing shareholders of Godsmart Nigeria Limited acquiring the entire stake in the firm amounting to 97.4 million shares or 6% stake held by Lufthansa GMBH.
Godsmart Nigeria Limited now owns 26.95% of Nahco’ issued share capital.
