Q1 2018 Results: UACN Property Development Company Plc posts 61% decrease in revenue

UACN Property Development Company Plc recently released its financial statements for the period ended Q1 March 31st 2018.

Here are the key highlights of the results;

Revenue

The company reported Revenue of ₦600 million for the period ended March 2018 compared to ₦1.56 billion reported for the period ended March 2017. This represents a 61% decrease for the comparative period in 2017.

Loss Before Tax

UACN Property Development Company Plc loss before tax was ₦745 million for the period ended March 2018, a 30% decrease from the ₦1.06 billion reported for the period ended March 2017.

Loss After tax

Loss after tax for the period ended March 2018 was ₦900 million compared to ₦1.19 billion reported March 2017. This represented a 25% decrease for the comparative period in 2017.

Loss Per Share 

UACN Property Development Company Plc also reported loss per share of 34 kobo for the period ended March 2018 compared to 46 kobo reported for the period ended March 2017. This represents a 26% decrease for the comparative period in 2017.
